In order to optimize the effectiveness of the management of information as a resource, there must be accountability for that resource in a way similar to accountability for financial and human resources. Mr. English describes information stewardship, why it is required to be effective in the emerging "realized" Information Age, and how leading edge organizations are implementing stewardship. He dispels many misconceptions about Information Stewardship and answers the following questions:

- What is the relationship of information stewardship and Information Resource Management?
